Carmichael

Carmichael is a suburb of Sacramento and is unincorporated (not a city). The housing in Carmichael ranges from new mansions to small cottages on large pieces of land. Whatever your preference, Carmichael has it all.

Carmichael is a census-designated place in Sacramento County, California, United States. It is a suburb in the Greater Sacramento metropolitan area. The population was 61,762 at the 2010 census.

Carmichael is a fabulous and established place to live. It is close to the American River, Ancil Hoffman Park, Riding Trails, Bike Trails, Downtown, CSUS and all the other amenities you could possibly want. While it is close to HWY 50, it is far enough away and one of the quietest places to live in Sacramento. Carmichael is located in Sacramento (the Capitol of California) so with that there can be lots of traffic. However, compared to major cities like Los Angeles, the traffic is “nothing”.
